Pearl Meyer works with hundreds of multi-national corporations headquartered in North America, the UK, Europe, and the Middle East including publicly-traded enterprises in the Fortune 500, FTSE 300, as well as private companies and non-for-profit institutions across a broad number of industries. Our perspective on remuneration strategy and practices transcends borders giving our senior consultants a unique view of what makes successful pay strategies work across many cultures and economic environments.
We believe that reward programmes can be a catalyst of value creation and competitive advantage when properly aligned with your business and leadership strategies. Our successful, proven methodology guides our clients through a process to find the right balance between external influences and internal goals and priorities in the design of their remuneration strategies. We are committed to our clients’ success and supporting your ability to drive shareholder value.
From its offices in London, Pearl Meyer advises publicly-listed and privately-backed companies headquartered outside North America with independent expertise in the design, implementation and communication of effective incentive remuneration programs. Our focus is executive pay, executive remuneration packages, and strategic performance measurement systems. A key objective is helping our clients develop a performance measurement framework that fits your current strategy and helps deliver business results.
Pearl Meyer is a member of the Remuneration Consultants Group (RCG). This group was formed in 2009 and represents the overwhelming majority of executive remuneration consultancy firms advising UK listed companies.
The aim of the RCG is the stewardship and development of a voluntary Code of Conduct ('The Code') that clearly sets out the role of executive remuneration consultants and the professional standards by which they advise their clients, whether their clients are remuneration committees or the executive management of the company.
