CEO Pay Ratio: Be Prepared

2017 is the year the clock starts ticking on calculating your CEO Pay Ratio as well as creating your external and internal communication strategies. But where do you begin? Join Mike Esser, Managing Director with Pearl Meyer, who will walk us through the steps in the process, along with the major decision points to consider as you identify your median employee, select a determination date, analyze which data can be included or excluded and why, and finally craft a message to explain the process and final number to your shareholders and employees.
