About the Survey

Pearl Meyer’s College Graduate and Intern Compensation Survey is a unique, one-of-a-kind resource to help you assess and evaluate your competitive strategies for new college graduate and intern hires. Our 2023 survey provides extensive data on over 25,000 college hires, in 11 different countries based on submissions from 157 participating companies. Data includes rates for over 15,000 intern positions.
