We leverage our expertise in surveying compensation, benefits, and human resources practices to deliver clients customized solutions to meet their unique needs. We design our material to minimize participant effort in both submitting data and using the survey reports.  

Biography

Rebecca Toman is the vice president, Survey Business Unit at Pearl Meyer. In this role, she designs and publishes compensation and benefits surveys for a wide range of industries and employee populations. Rebecca recently joined the WorldatWork faculty where she will teach a course on Job Analysis and Documentation.

Previously, Rebecca has held compensation roles at Salary.com, and taught a graduate course on Compensation and Performance Management at Framingham State University.

She has a BS with concentrations in Marketing and Finance from Syracuse University, holds an MA in Human Resource Management from Framingham State University, and is a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), Global Remuneration Professional (GRP), and a Certified Benefits Professional (CBP).
