Commitment To Clients

In an environment of ever-increasing scrutiny on executive compensation, I work with clients to design tailored executive compensation programs that complement business needs and objectives. Together clients and I address existing challenges and craft go-forward strategies. I guide clients using a process-oriented approach that educates management teams and compensation committees, identifies alternative approaches or solutions, and leads to constructive dialogue en route to compensation program design decisions.
