I help clients assess and design compensation programs that align with their organizational strategies, specific needs, and industry best practices. Through a holistic approach focused on cash and non-cash compensation, I help my clients attract and retain the talent they need to accomplish their goals.

Biography

Christina “Tina” Thapa is a vice president at Pearl Meyer and has been working with not-for-profit clients in areas related to executive compensation for over a decade. Tina assists tax-exempt boards and their leadership teams with assessing and designing executive compensation programs, annual and long-term incentive programs, executive performance evaluation, retirement plan design, leadership assessment and development, succession, and retention planning.

Prior to joining Pearl Meyer, she served as the director of client services at Yaffe & Company and focused primarily on consulting with tax-exempt organizations.

Tina holds an MBA from Loyola University of Maryland and a BA in International Studies from Dickinson College.
