Biography

Bill Dixon has more than 40 years’ experience in the field of executive and board compensation, total rewards, and human capital management. He has specialized expertise in the healthcare and insurance industries and with not-for-profits and higher education institutions. He has also helped numerous public and private organizations undergoing a merger, spin-off, or acquisition.

Prior to Pearl Meyer, Bill held senior consultant roles with Korn Ferry, Aon, and Hewitt Associates. He also has experience as a corporate HR operations and compensation leader.

Bill is a frequent contributor to technical and industry publications and has served as a local board member for the American Heart Association. He holds a BSBA from Creighton University and is a WorldatWork Certified Compensation Professional.
