Compensation can be a powerful tool to help support organization transformation. Tailoring the programs to meet your unique culture, values, and business strategy is key to success. My goals when working with a client are to invest the time and resources to fully understand the current environment as well as the desired future state of the organization, and to work collaboratively with the human resource and leadership teams to explore alternatives and facilitate the decision making process. These strategies help ensure we are designing the best compensation programs to deliver the desired results.
