About the Survey

The Northern New England Banking Compensation Survey provides comprehensive compensation data and practices specific to the banking industry.  The Northern New England Banking Compensation Survey provides participants with information needed to assess the competitiveness of their compensation plan and the plan’s effectiveness in the marketplace.  The survey collects officer and non-officer compensation for over 280 positions and presents policies and practices reports covering areas of salary administration, short-term incentive and long term incentive plan design for this region.
