It’s what we do, day in and day out. We have the benefit of focus. This focus has allowed us to grow from a single survey back in 1989 to approximately Over 50 salary surveys today. Running several surveys allows us to clearly see what works well and what doesn’t and to continuously improve/refine each of the surveys under our management. Ease of Submission

Our clear and understandable survey submission materials and instructions make for an easy participation process. The Excel template contains all the information necessary to submit incumbent data including clear job descriptions and detailed definition of variables. Each participant has a confidential login credential to safely submit their data through our secure “EZ” upload tool. The Policies and Practices online questionnaire collects data on company practices, such as merit budget, turnover, benefits, etc. The user friendly Policies and Practices questionnaire allows participants to exit and return at any time to change, update, or complete responses.

We personally ensure each participating organization is matching incumbents correctly to the survey as we use only the most sophisticated and rigorous data analysis tools and methodologies. Our quality assurance process provides detailed reports of possible anomalies to participants, and we follow up and ensure the correct information is represented prior to preparing reports. By employing the widely used SPSS software package, we avoid many problems that may occur with proprietary in-house systems. The SPSS platform meets the highest standards for reliability and integrity of data.

Confidentiality You Expect

We understand we are custodians of information that belongs to the participating organization. Within our firm, access to information is carefully controlled and use of information is always limited to uses that have been approved in advance by the participating organizations. In no case will information be shared internally or externally without the advance consent of the participating organization and then, only within the boundaries agreed by the participants.
