We develop working partnerships with each and every participating firm and provide you with a knowledgeable, experienced project manager as the point person for your salary survey. The project manager will coordinate the survey submission process for all participants. This selection will be based on our evaluation of workloads and availability in the assignment time-frame. We also assign an individual Account Manager to oversee the relationship with each participant as well as to review their data submission for quality and integrity. Participants know their Account Manager by name -- for us, high-quality means high-touch.

Rhonda has provided bank client customer support for over 15 years. For the last six years, she has blended her accounting knowledge and client support experience to help bank survey participants navigate all aspects of the survey process.
