Current Trends in Executive and Director Compensation

Theo Sharp and Mike Esser from Pearl Meyer will address a broad range of current issues in executive and director compensation. Recent trends in executive compensation will be discussed, including the influence of shareholder advisors such as Institutional Shareholder Services (ISS) and Glass Lewis and developments in performance-based short- and long-term incentives. Non-employee director compensation will also be examined, including recent legal developments and the data behind director pay decisions. Finally, Theo and Mike will compare and contrast compensation and governance and how compensation evolves from start-up through IPO and beyond. Please join us for what should be an interesting and timely discussion.
