The CEO Pay Ratio: The Countdown to Disclosure and Beyond

The CEO pay ratio disclosure rules under Dodd-Frank have finally become a reality. For the upcoming 2018 proxy season, most US public companies will need to prepare for, and comply with, these rules for the first time – over seven years following the enactment of Dodd-Frank. The panel will address key legal, HR, investor, and communications-related considerations.
