Structuring Contract Renewals to Encourage Long-Term Retention and Strategic Alignment

Retaining effective leadership has never been more paramount. Thus, its imperative that the same effort and care that would be applied to a new leadership arrangement also be applied, perhaps ever more so to a current proven incumbent entering a contract renewal process that incorporates the universities' evolving priorities and goals along with it.
