HR Alliance Compensation Survey

Details on this long-running annual survey of HR professionals supporting government contracting, technology, and professional services.

About the Survey

HR Alliance’s Compensation Survey is the most stable and reliable source of competitive regional pay information for human resources professionals supporting the government contracting, technology, and professional services communities in the Washington DC area. The survey has been conducted each year since 1989.

Since 2010, when it joined forces with the SAIC Security Cleared Federal Contracting Personnel Survey, this survey has gathered information on security clearances—at both the incumbent and policy level.
