​Details and membership requirements for Pearl Meyer's Forest Products Industry Compensation Survey.

About the Survey

The Forest Products Industry Compensation Association (FPICA) is comprised of approximately 50 forest products companies doing business in the United States.

The FPICA members participate in a survey with respect to compensation matters. The survey is for the sole and exclusive use of participating members. An administrative consultant coordinates the administration of the survey and is the contact person for the survey provider with respect to matters relating to the conduct of the survey.

Membership Requirements

To participate and maintain membership in the Forest Products Industry Compensation Survey, participants must meet the following requirements:

  • Timely submission of completed job data input, including:
    • Cash Incentives
    • Base Salary
  • Timely response to administrative consultant and vendor questions on the survey submission
  • Attendance at the annual results meeting each year
  • Ongoing, annual participation is required
