Rod Garza

Rod is a programmer at Pearl Meyer. He develops and maintains healthcare and higher education executive compensation and benefits survey reports. Before joining Pearl Meyer, Rod was the database and report manager at Yaffe and Company supporting all executive compensation survey databases and reports. Prior to working at Yaffe, Rod spent 15-years at Johns Hopkins University as a database programmer developing and supporting a variety of database applications and reporting systems.

Rod earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems Management from Salisbury University. In his spare time, he enjoys kayak fishing, crabbing, and playing pickleball.
