The organizations I consult with represent a wide range of industries and levels of complexity, but what they all share is the need for objective, tailored, and timely advice from a trusted partner. As executive compensation grows increasingly complex, my role is to come along-side boards and senior management and help them navigate through the external issues and pressures, while keeping focus on the alignment of compensation programs with their long-term strategy.

Biography

Matt Depp is a principal at Pearl Meyer. He serves as a project manager on client engagements and manages executive and board of director compensation reviews, incentive plan design and modeling, equity plan share requests, and severance and change-in-control calculations.

Prior to joining Pearl Meyer in 2006, Matt was an analyst with a governmental consulting firm. He holds an MBA from Webster University and a BS in Business Management from the University of Maryland.
