Commitment to Clients

I have been in my client's shoes and understand the organizational and talent challenges associated with long-term organic growth and short-term M&A growth strategies. I am committed to working with organizations to navigate those challenges. First and foremost, I seek to understand each company's culture and business priorities to ensure the delivery of programs that support business and talent strategies. As your advisor, you will get more than a compensation partner--as compensation committees continue to evolve to include Talent Management/ESG and DE&I--I bring a unique perspective to the role from having led the development of these programs at other organizations.
