Biography

Leah Dela Cruz is Vice President at Pearl Meyer. She has over 12 years of experience providing comprehensive advice and innovative solutions to corporate issuers on executive compensation and corporate governance. Her unique expertise on proxy advisors’ complex methodologies and policies, as well as industry best practices and trends, enable her to design and help manage her clients’ corporate governance and executive compensation programs to align with company goals and the needs of their diverse shareholder base.

Before joining Pearl Meyer, Leah was Vice President and Head of Latin America Advisory at ISS Corporate Solutions (ICS), where she managed the firm’s advisory services centered on Institutional Shareholder Services (ISS) policies, executive compensation, corporate governance, and environmental & social (E&S) to publicly traded companies in the U.S. and Latin America. Leah also led the financial model development team and securities class action services team at ISS.

Leah frequently speaks at the NASPP conferences and holds a B.S. in Accounting from Tomas Del Rosario College Philippines.
