Biography

Karen Butcher is a principal with Pearl Meyer's Boston office. Her areas of expertise include executive and board compensation, broad-based compensation design and administration for employees at all levels, short- and long-term incentive compensation design, performance management, leadership development, and coaching.

Prior to joining Pearl Meyer, she held positions in compensation at Clark Consulting and WM Sheehan & Company.

Ms. Butcher holds a BA from Skidmore College and a Masters degree from Northeastern University as well as a graduate certificate in Executive Coaching from William James College.
