Biography
Erin Leymann is a principal based in Atlanta. Erin has over 9 years of experience in the field of executive compensation consulting. She specializes in executive and outside director compensation reviews and assists in evaluating the appropriateness of compensation programs, including total compensation strategy, short- and long-term incentive plan designs, pay-for-performance alignment, and change-of-control/employment agreements. She has worked with companies in various industries, of various sizes, and at virtually all life-cycle stages ranging from venture-backed, pre-IPO start-ups to established industry leaders. Some of Erin’s current clients include Darden Restaurants, Tractor Supply Company, HD Supply, Popeye’s Louisiana Kitchen, Fiesta Restaurant Group, Windstream Corporation, Denny’s, Hilton Grand Vacations, American Woodmark, Interface, YRC Worldwide, and Swift Transportation.
Prior to joining Pearl Meyer, Erin was an associate with Watson Wyatt/Towers Watson. Erin holds a BFA and an MBA from the University of Georgia. She is actively involved with the Atlanta Area Compensation Association and other professional organizations.
