Commitment To Clients

Supporting clients in compensation plan design and administration across several business sectors has defined my career. Doing so has involved public and privately held companies, start-ups and spin-offs, and PE launched firms in the U.S. and across Europe, as well as parts of Latin America. Building strong relationships—some that have lasted for 15 years—hinge on an understanding of the client's business, their mission and culture, and communicating effectively with both management and the board. Our Houston office has a strong team with an average tenure of more than 10 years and we work seamlessly together to achieve our clients' goals.
