In my role as a principal, I act as independent advisor to client companies and their compensation committees to ensure that they receive comprehensive, objective advice on the complex issues they face. This means working on an independent but collaborative basis to address unique client needs and place them in the proper context of their business objectives and overall competitive market practices. My ultimate goal is assisting clients with aligning the competitiveness of their performance with the competitiveness of their pay.
