I specialise in understanding a client’s long-term goals and designing a pay package driven by these goals but guided by market norms and shareholder expectations. This can be a tough balancing act for remuneration committees. My focus is to ensure that we strike the best remuneration strategy that is motivating and valued by participants, whilst being mindful of the governance and regulatory environment.
Biography
Catherine Chadwick is a vice president in Pearl Meyer's London office. Catherine joined Pearl Meyer in 2010 and works closely with remuneration committees and boards helping them to develop and implement effective remuneration strategies. She has extensive analytical experience including pay benchmarking, incentive design, performance metric selection and calibration, and communication. She has experience working across all industries from start-ups to international giants and from listed to private and not-for-profit. Catherine is also responsible for leading Pearl Meyer’s work on the UK CEO Value Index. She holds a BA in Physiological Sciences from the University of Oxford.
