Biography

Brian Martin is a vice president at Pearl Meyer. Brian primarily works with Technology and Life Science clients who range in size from private early-stage start-ups to Fortune 500 clients.

With extensive experience in executive compensation consulting roles and in-house corporate leadership opportunities, his background provides a unique set of tools to help clients develop effective compensation strategies/incentive programs to attract and retain top talent. As a CPA, Brian brings an accounting and financial perspective to compensation plan design that focuses on best practices, good governance, and compliance.

Before joining Pearl Meyer, Brian was a consultant at Aon Radford and Exequity and was the Head of Executive Compensation at Western Union. Brian is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a bachelor's degree in Finance from Brigham Young University and a certificate of Accounting from UCLA.
