Workplace Flexibility as a Business Strategy

Presentation
WorldatWork
May 2017

Gone are the days of working nine to five with a lunch at noon. Technology and employee values have changed and the best employers are keeping up. Surveys indicate that workplace flexibility is often more valuable to employees than bigger paychecks and that will only increase as new generations enter the workforce. Are there other benefits valued by all employees, yet cost the employer very little to nothing?

This panel presentation, given at the WorldatWork Total Rewards Conference, covered the increasing value that both employers and employees are placing on flexible scheduling and telecommuting as part of the total rewards strategy.

The full survey data that informed this presentation is also available for purchase.
