About the Survey

The Engineering and Construction Compensation Forum Survey (ECCF) is an annual study conducted among member companies to:

  • Provide a confidential, reliable, and valid study of base salaries, other compensation, and compensation practices in the engineering and construction industry.
  • Compile and report data on key benchmark jobs that are common to a majority of member companies.
  • Provide a forum to conduct special compensation studies.
  • Provide a forum for discussion consistent with the legal requirements governing the exchange of salary and related compensation information.
  • Establish a network of compensation professionals with similar interests to facilitate an exchange of general human resource information.
