About the Survey

The Seniors Housing Industry Compensation Survey, conducted in conjunction with the American Seniors Housing Association, provides seniors housing companies with current information on key organization metrics and compensation program structure/design characteristics. In addition, competitive compensation levels are surveyed for 162 positions. A total of 60 companies participated in the 2020 survey, allowing Pearl Meyer to create a valuable benchmarking resource to compare company compensation programs and pay practices to the market.
