About the Survey

The Seniors Housing Industry Compensation Survey, conducted in conjunction with the American Seniors Housing Association, provides seniors housing companies with current information on key organization metrics and compensation program structure/design characteristics. In addition, competitive compensation levels are surveyed for 100 positions. A total of 81 companies and over 25,000 employees participated in the 2023 survey, allowing Pearl Meyer to create a valuable benchmarking resource to compare company compensation programs and pay practices to the market.
