About The Survey
The Systems Integration and Outsourcing (SI&O) Survey has been in existence for eighteen years, is led by a Steering Committee of companies and is managed by Pearl Meyer & Partners. This club survey covers base salaries, bonuses, and long term incentives for 66 surveyed positions specific to systems integration and outsourcing environments. The SI&O survey also provides policies and practices reports covering areas of salary administration, stock practices, contractors, sales practices, and training and development, all of the most important HR practice areas on which you need regular and current information.

Membership Requirements
To participate and maintain membership in the Systems Integration and Outsourcing Survey, participants must meet the following requirements:

  • Requires an initial new member application and approval by the Steering Committee.
  • Timely submission of completed:
    • Job Data Input, including:
      • Base Salary
      • Cash Incentives
      • Long Term Incentives
    • Policies and Practices Questionnaire
  • Participation in the annual job matching meeting.
  • Ongoing, annual participation is expected
