About The Survey
The Banking Compensation Survey, conducted in conjunction with the Massachusetts Bankers Association, provides comprehensive compensation data and practices specific to the banking industry. The Banking Compensation Survey provides participants with information needed to assess the competitiveness of their compensation plan, and evaluate their plan’s effectiveness. The survey not only provides officer and non-officer compensation data for over 150 positions but also presents policies and practices reports covering areas of salary administration, short-term incentive and long-term incentive plan design, executive retirement benefits, and executive perquisites and incentives.
