CHiPS Professional & Managerial Total Compensation Survey
Survey Reports
Each participant receives the following survey reports, as part of the basic
membership fee:
- All Participants Report, including all companies participating in the survey and summarizing each element of compensation by job, by industry, and by geographic location. The All Participants Report is comprised of these sections:
- A Participant Matching Summary, indicating the firms included in the report.
- A Compensation Summary Report, providing a snapshot of the primary elements of compensation by job family, by level.
- The Program Summaries, summarizing base salary; eligibility, participation, and the value of rewards associated with cash incentives (profit sharing and short term incentives), and long term incentives; and the mix of compensation each by hierarchical level within Research and Development, Technical, Non-Technical and the combination of all job groups.
- A Position Report, summarizing total compensation, element by element, for each job.
- The Policies and Practices Report.
- A Custom Peer Group Report summarizing each element of compensation and your competitive position by job, for your specific selection of competitor companies, industries, and/or locations. The Custom Peer Group Report includes Program Profiles, Position Report, an Assumptions and Definitions Summary, a Matching Summary, as well as Competitive Analyses of your base salaries, midpoints, and total compensation (as defined by each participant) and job matching documentation.
Throughout the entire year members can purchase custom reports and special analyses. In addition, participants may pre-purchase very cost effective, unlimited online Custom Peer Group Report bundles for either a single survey or the survey family.
