COMMITMENT TO QUALITY
Providing participants with the highest quality total compensation information is a key objective of the survey team. To ensure we meet this objective, we have implemented a rigorous quality assurance process that includes:
- Job matching guidelines that contain clear and concise job descriptions, level guide matrices, education and experience profiles, typical population distributions, and scope definitions.
- An annual Total Remuneration Conference that includes detailed job matching sessions as well as current and innovative human resources content. Annual participation in this meeting is strongly encouraged in order that the CHiPS Surveys continue to provide the highest quality data available anywhere.
- Survey Account Manager review of participant input using a series of statistical quality assurance programs. Your survey responses are analyzed to identify potential matching discrepancies, and a Quality Assurance Report is forwarded to you early in the process for your review.
