Survey Reports
Each participant receives the following survey reports, as part of the basic membership fee:

  • An All Participants Report, including:
    • Corporate and Unit Demographics, presenting Worldwide Revenue, primary industry reported, and other industry segments by revenue category and industry group.
    • Corporate and Unit Level Matching Characteristics, presenting company information, executive level, position reports to, incumbent characteristics, and management status.
    • Position Reports, covering Corporate and Unit positions and including all companies participating in the survey, presented by industry subset and by revenue.
  • A Custom Peer Group Report, providing position characteristics and compensation information for each job in the survey. Your data is summarized in a side-by-side comparison format with your peer group. Each element of compensation included in the All Participants Report is reported in the Custom Peer Group Report, including:
    • Corporate and Unit Demographics, presenting Worldwide Revenue, primary industry reported, and other industry segments by revenue category and industry group.
    • Corporate and Unit Level Matching Characteristics, presenting company information, average employment, executive level, position reports to, incumbent characteristics, and management status.
    • Position Reports, covering Corporate and Unit positions and including all companies participating in the survey, presented by industry subset and by revenue.
  • Policy and Practice Summaries, covering compensation policy and strategy, short and long term incentives, qualified and nonqualified benefit programs, and perquisite practices.

CHiPS members have access to the database throughout the year to purchase custom reports and special analyses.
