Executive Pay Consultancy Pearl Meyer & Partners Opens San Francisco Office
SAN FRANCISCO, July 20, 2011—Independent compensation consultancy Pearl Meyer & Partners (PM&P) announced today the expansion of its West Coast practice to San Francisco with the opening of an office to be headed by Managing Director Shekhar Purohit. The firm also has offices in Los Angeles, San Jose, New York, Atlanta, Boston, Charlotte, Chicago and Houston.
Mr. Purohit advises public, private and family-owned companies on compensation and governance issues. He works extensively with U.S. multinationals to align their Asia-Pacific compensation strategy with their global vision and assists leading Indian and Chinese multinational conglomerates to develop their global, regional, and local total rewards and compensation strategies. Mr. Purohit previously was a Principal and Global Compensation Consulting Leader at Hewitt Associates.
