Biography
Bani Mahindroo Kumar is a vice president at Pearl Meyer and has nearly 20 years of experience in international consulting and in-house business partner roles across the US, Asia, and Middle East. Bani is an expert in assessing c-suite talent, designing and implementing top talent development programs, succession planning, executive coaching, and developing high-potential leaders. She is also an expert in defining and driving a value-based culture and institutionalizing a culture of high performance. For most of her career, she has worked with founder-led organizations, large multinationals, financial institutions, healthcare, not-for-profits, and start-ups.
Before joining Pearl Meyer, Bani spent over eight years at The River Group, where she was responsible for large-scale culture change projects with non-profit organizations and a focus on designing new leadership programs, redefining and guiding new performance management systems, redefining organizational values, and rebuilding internal communication systems.
Bani has a BA (Honors) in psychology from Delhi University and a specialization in HR from XLRI, Jamshedpur, India. She is an associate certified coach certified by the International Coach Federation (ICF).
