Pearl Meyer & Partners Expands Offices and Services
NEW YORK, December 1, 2003 - In response to its growing practice and emerging client needs, New York-based Pearl Meyer & Partners now has fully-staffed offices in Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Houston and Los Angeles. The expansion reflects parent company Clark Consulting's strategic decision to unite its nationwide executive, employee and Director compensation advisories, along with its corporate governance consulting services, under the Pearl Meyer & Partners practice.
Founded in 1989, Pearl Meyer & Partners has long been recognized for its counsel to Board Compensation Committees and management in the creation and implementation of innovative executive compensation programs, as well as counsel on corporate governance matters. The five-city expansion broadens the firm's advisory capabilities to include customized marketplace surveys, organizational development, sales incentives and employee pay programs, all supported by strong actuarial and benefits expertise.
"By increasing the scope of our practice, we are now better positioned to assist clients in utilizing compensation as a key driver in the creation of corporate and shareholder value," said Steven E. Hall, President of Pearl Meyer & Partners.
Pearl Meyer & Partners is a practice of Clark Consulting (NYSE: CLK), the largest publicly traded firm in its field, serving 4,800 U.S. companies nationwide with comprehensive advice on the design, funding and administration of compensation and benefits programs.
