Edgar Howard McGaughey III

Ed McGaughey, Managing Director and head of the firm’s Houston office, has 25 years of experience in executive and Board compensation, including extensive experience in international executive and employee compensation, compensation audits, M&A related issues, expatriate compensation and policy administration and compensation surveys.

Mr. McGaughey previously founded Human Factors in 1986 and served as its President and was a human resources executive in the energy industry.

An Army veteran, Mr. McGaughey is a graduate of the University of Houston.
