James Heim
Jim Heim is a Vice President in the Boston office of Pearl Meyer & Partners, where he specializes in executive compensation and short and long-term incentive compensation strategy and design. Much of Mr. Heim’s work focuses on the design of executive compensation programs for technology industry firms.
Prior to joining Pearl Meyer & Partners, Mr. Heim worked in a variety of compensation consulting roles for EMC Corporation, with responsibility for the design and implementation of a broad range of short and long-term incentive programs for executive and broad-based employee populations. He also held a variety of compensation analyst roles at the Gillette Company and One Beacon Insurance.
Mr. Heim holds an MBA with a concentration in human resources management and a B.A. in Psychology, both from the University of Kansas. He is a Certified Compensation Professional and a member of WorldatWork.
