Sandy Godwin

Sandy Godwin, Managing Director in the Atlanta office, joined Pearl Meyer & Partners in 2010. Mr. Godwin has more than 25 years experience advising Compensation Committees and top management teams on all aspects of executive compensation, outside Director compensation and related corporate governance issues. During his career, he has worked with a wide variety of publicly traded and privately held companies in most major industries.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Godwin was a Partner and Principal of Mercer (US), Inc., where he was the executive compensation practice leader for the Atlanta office.

Mr. Godwin holds a B.S. and M.B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He holds a Certified Compensation Professional designation from WorldatWork.
