Terry Brown

Terry Brown is a Managing Director in the Los Angeles office, where he consults with public, private and nonprofit clients on a wide range of executive, employee and equity compensation issues. Mr. Brown has more than 20 years consulting experience in compensation and benefits, specializing in executive and Board compensation, compensation strategy, short- and long-term incentive plan design and competitive analyses. He has spoken at forums including WorldatWork and the National Association of Stock Plan Professionals (NASPP).

Prior to joining Pearl Meyer & Partners, Mr. Brown held senior management positions at Sibson Consulting, Buck Consulting and Compensation Research Group.

Mr. Brown holds a B.S. in engineering from Mississippi State University and an MBA from the University of Southern California.
