Randoph Harrison

Randy Harrison, Managing Director in the Chicago office, joined Pearl Meyer & Partners in 2012 with more than 20 years of experience in compensation consulting for boards, management and employees. He has worked with a broad range of public, private and tax-exempt organizations, including extensive work with consumer and industrial products companies and both for-profit and non-profit hospital systems.

Mr. Harrison previously was a Director at Deloitte Consulting LLP and has also served as a partner and director at Towers Watson and PwC.   Prior to his consulting career, Mr. Harrison held senior HR and business unit management roles with British GE.

Mr. Harrison has extensive experience writing and speaking on compensation issues, including presentations before WorldatWork, IOMA and the International Association for Human Resource Information Management (HRIM). He holds a B.A. from Kenyon College in Ohio.
