Randy Harrison Joins Independent Executive Compensation Advisor Pearl Meyer & Partners as Managing Director
NEW YORK, January 30, 2012 — Independent executive compensation consultant Pearl Meyer & Partners announced today that Randy Harrison has joined the firm as a Managing Director in its Chicago office. Mr. Harrison has more than 20 years experience in compensation consulting for boards, management and employees at a broad range of public, private and tax-exempt organizations.
"Randy brings considerable strength to our already deep bench of compensation experts, particularly his extensive experience guiding consumer and industrial products companies and for-and non-profit hospital systems," said David N. Mr. Harrison previously was a Director at Deloitte Consulting LLP and also has served as a partner and director at Towers Watson and PwC. Prior to his consulting career, Mr. Harrison held senior human resources and business unit management roles with British GE.
Mr. Harrison is a frequent commentator on compensation topics, writing for various trade-related publications and speaking at venues including WorldatWork, IOMA and the International Association for Human Resource Information Management (HRIM).
Mr. Harrison is a graduate of Kenyon College in Ohio with a B.A.
